Jack Stevens

Hi all GamerGeek back again with another blog with the an amazing wrestler/comedian Jack Stevens. Born and raised in Bellingham Washington where he spent most of my life. He lived in Buffalo New York for a little bit.

He never felt like he wanted to be a wrestler he felt it was more his destiny to be one.

"I’m not sure why I wanted to be a wrestler. It didn’t feel like a “want” as much as it felt like a natural conclusion or a destiny. "

Been a fan of WWE he was able to go his first WWE ppv event was Unforgiven. 

"First event I went to, I believe was WWE Unforgiven? It was a ppv at the Key Arena in Seattle. I went with 9 other friends and we had a 10 person “Undertaker” sign that glowed in the dark."

He started wrestling in 2013, been trained by the late great Buddy Wayne. One of Jack's favourite matches was a tag team match it was the last match Buddy got to see him wrestle. 

"My favourite match is when Jonny Flynn and I tagged against Hawlee Cromwell and Rebel Kel. It was only Hawlee’s third match, and Kel’s first. It was also the last match of mine that my trainer (Buddy Wayne) saw before he passed. So it means a lot to me."

I love when a wrestlers favourite moment in the ring is not a match or winning the title. It is when you get the crowd behind you cutting a promo. 

"Favorite moment in the ring was probably doing a promo at the Commodore Ballroom before wrestling the Bollywood Boyz. The energy was crazy."

It was brother vs. brother at WrestleMania 10 in 1994 when Bret Hart faced off against his brother Owen. Owen had turned heel against Bret a few months prior to this.

"fave match in WWE is Bret vs Owen Hart from wrestlemania 10."

His dream opponment would be Rey Mysterio,  he feels like he is a comic book hero come to life. Can still wrestle with the young talent of today making them look good.

"Dream opponent would be Rey Mysterio. He’s my all time fave, and I think the greatest babyface of all time. He’s exciting, colorful, a true comic book hero come to life. For my money, he’s the greatest of all time. He’s been wrestling for 30 years and can still hang with the best young athletes in the world."

He held the tag team title 4 serprate times and the WrestleSport World champion.

When you won the WrestleSport World champion. He dedicated the title to Buddy Wayne ❤️

" I was a 2X DOA tag team champion, a 2X ECCW tag team champion, and the WrestleSport World champion."

He would of loved to team up with Nick Wayne the son of his trainer Buddy Wayne. Nick has recently signed for AEW. 

"I was training with him when he was 5 years old"

When he was not wrestling he is a stand up comedian, however since January of this year he has retired from wrestling. 

"Dislocated my shoulder for the 8th time and decided to hang up the boots 😞"

Hi all GamerGeek back again with another blog about a WWE wrestler called Test aka Andrew Martin. During the end of the 90's and start of the 00's Andrew was a big star.  He first appeared in the WWF in 1998 he joined The Corporation ( I will be doing a blog on this stable soon). FYI this was Vince McMahon's stables with most of the locker room. This was one of the best stables in the WWE history as it was a best feud between Vince and Austin 😘 another time. One of his best storylines was when he started an on-screen relationship with Stephanie McMahon. Hi all GamerGeek back again with another blog about a wrestler who I had the privilege to watch live in Ireland and also have a chance to interview.  Ladies and gentlemen....... Dru Onyx. 👏👏👏 Dru has been in the Wrestling industry for over 20 years, he always wanted to be a wrestler. He thought wrestling was the closest thing to being a superhero 🦸. The way the guys dressed back in the day, long thights, capes, masks, it was like a comic book to him. He lived his dreams of being a superhero through being a wrestler. His first WWF event he attended was Raw just before WrestleMania 3 he got to see Ricky the Dragon Streamboat, Randy Savage, Billy Jack Haynes, Kamala. His favourite WWE match was Ricky Streamboat vs Randy Savage WrestleMania 3. It was exciting for him after seeing them both at the event just before this. Hi all GamerGeek back again with another blog about a wrestler fighting out of Montreal Canada....... Born and raised in Dublin Ireland Ladies and Gentlemen Adam Ace  Adam Ace aka Mark Flanagan always wanted to be a wrestler. He started wrestling in early 2011 in a small wrestling school in Dublin. It would take him a 2 hour bus ride each way from his house to train for 2 to 3 hours, 4 to 5 times a week. Now that is a man determined to be a wrestler. "Ever since I could walk I wanted to wrestle, I loved the pageantry, the athleticism, the story telling. Wrestlers were real life superhero’s and I gravitated towards that."  When he started his career he had 3 characters with terrible names and awful gimmicks. He really want to make this his career and to be taken seriously so he re-branded himself.
